The Help Desk is a service of CLC's Information Technology Services Department.

Student Contact Information

    Students should select Option 3 and be prepared to answer identity verification questions such as the following: courses taken in previous terms, student ID number, grades, etc.

CLC students have 24 X 7 support for assistance with any CLC student technology issue - such as Blackboard, myStudentCenter, Email, myCLC portal, etc. The ITS Service Desk for Students can be contacted, on or off campus, by phone or chat.

Faculty/Staff Contact Information

CLC faculty and staff have an immediate resource for assistance for help with any technology issue in their offices, at any campus, be it with phones, computers, faxes or classroom technology issues. The ITS Service Desk for Faculty/Staff can be contacted, on or off campus, by phone or web form.
