The Help Desk is a service of CLC's Information Technology Services Department.  Resources may be contacted whether on or off campus.

Student Contact Information

    Students should select Option 2 and be prepared to answer identity verification questions such as the following: courses taken in previous terms, student ID number, grades, etc.

CLC students have 24 X 7 support for assistance with any CLC student technology issue - such as Blackboard, myStudentCenter, Email, myCLC portal, etc.

Faculty/Staff Contact Information

CLC faculty and staff have an immediate resource for assistance for help with any technology issue in their offices, at any campus, be it with phones, computers, faxes or classroom technology issues.

Wireless Internet (Public)

CLC provides wireless public access internet connection at all three campuses:

  • SSID:  Lancernet
  • Range:  Good – some areas stronger than others

Note: When using wireless access points, virus and security protection are the user's responsibility. ITS staff are not able to help with non-CLC equipment hardware configurations.

think-cell Software

The think-cell software plug-in facilitates quick creation of complex charts, such as waterfalls, Marimekkos and Gantts, and agenda slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.  For additional information on think-cell’s capabilities, visit www.think-cell.com.

The think-cell software is free to academic and nonprofit organizations through their Academic/Nonprofit Partners Program.

Please contact the CLC Help Desk to receive the think-cell license key.
