We develop and maintain the college’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, which includes computers, the Internet and telephones. Our department consists of three groups: Application Services, Network Services and User Services /Help Desk. ITS also provides open computer labs at all three CLC campuses.

If you’re having problems with Blackboard, myCLC (student portal), student email, myLogin account and course technology, help is available 24/7 at the Student Help Desk (please click the link to find the phone number or set up an online chat.) Wireless access, known as Lancernet, is also available at all three campuses. However, ITS cannot guarantee complete coverage, as some areas may have stronger signals than others.

Note: When using wireless access points, virus and security protection are your responsibility. ITS staff is not able to help with your laptop, network card or configuration. Your computer will automatically detect the SSID Lancernet as it would any other open wireless network.
