Master Plan Committees

Master Plan Implementation Committee

The Master Plan Implementation Committee serves to provide oversight of the Master Plan, coordination of, and communication between the Program Committees. The committee membership consists of the program committee chairs, executive staff, 1 representative from each employee senate and the Campus Environment and Operations Committee (CEOC). The committee meets monthly.

Program Committees

The program committees serve to provide input to design team during programming phase and communicate updates to their constituency. The committee membership consists of chairs selected by Executive Staff and members determined collaboratively with chair and appropriate Vice-President. The committees meet as required by project(s) design constraints and as agreed upon internally.

Master Plan Steering Committee

The steering committee was composed of faculty, staff and community representatives. The steering committee's role in the planning process was to assist in analyzing data, identifying implications, recommending facilities options and communicating with the greater college community. Surveys and focus groups were also be held to obtain feedback from the internal college community and district residents.
