Campus Core Projects

Project Description:

The Core projects focus on renovations to the Main Lobby - the checkerboard court, connecting link and atrium, as well as the addition of a new cafeteria building. The new cafeteria will be located west of the main lobby overlooking Willow Lake. During this project the checker board court will be covered and combined with the two lecture hall spaces to create a new bookstore and a new student activities office. These new and renovated spaces will also utilize the geothermal heating and cooling along with LED lighting to maximize energy efficiency.

Budget: $23,221,996

Construction Schedule: June 2015–July 2016
