Strategic Plan

The strategic plan is used to set CLC's priorities and allocate resources.

"Having a strong strategic plan is particularly important for the college in this period of uncertain levels of state funding," said former CLC President Dr. Jerry Weber.

The Strategic Plan is developed through a collaborative process and includes a detailed examination of economic and social trends as well as feedback from the general public and student, community and employee focus groups.

"Our goal was to develop an evidence-based plan that will respond to the needs of our students, community and employers," Weber said.

The Strategic Plan includes mission, vision and values statements and broad goals, supported by detailed objectives. Each component is intended to help the college better focus on continuously improving its programs and services.
