New Student Orientation (NSO)

High School Seniors and Recent High School Graduates

As a high school senior or recent high school graduate entering CLC for the first time, there are some additional requirements you need to complete before participating in your required on-campus New Student Orientation session. These requirements are necessary in order to ensure you are able to complete all orientation steps and processes.

Before participating in your on-campus orientation, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Haven't applied to CLC? — Apply Now
  2. Setup myLogin, your CLC student login.
  3. Submit academic proficiency materials to the Registrar and Records Office —
ACT/SAT scores, CLC Placement Test Scores, High School Transcript or GED.
If you need to verify that the College has received your application materials, please contact the office of Registrar and Records.
  4. If you are considering utilizing Financial Aid to cover your college expenses, be sure to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (CLC Federal School Code: 007694)
  5. Complete the required pre-NSO online module. It will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete and you must pass the quiz at the end of the module.

After completing these steps, you are ready to register for your on-campus orientation session.

NSOs are open for this registration period.
