Pay to Stay

There’s nothing we hate more than canceling a student’s registration for non-payment. But it’s a fact of life, we have to pay the bills, and for us to do that, you have to do your part.

You've got Options!

Choose one, and your classes are locked in.

Pay in full by cash, check or credit card.
Enroll online in the FACTS installment payment plan. (Do it early and spread your payments over several months!) You’ll need a bank account or a credit card to use FACTS. If you need help setting up a bank account, banking representatives will be on campus.
Apply for financial aid. Information is in Room B114 on the Grayslake campus.
Arrange for third-party payment (for example, if your employer is paying your tuition). Call 847-543-2222 for information.
If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from using the FACTS installment plan, contact the Cashier’s Office on the Grayslake campus (847-543-2231) to determine if alternative arrangements can be made.

Important! Timing Is Everything.

Your tuition payment due date depends on when you enroll. Here are the dates to keep in mind:

Spring 2007
If you register during these periods:	The due date is:	The drop date (and time) is:
Mon., Nov. 20 to Thu., Jan. 4	Thu., Jan. 4	Tue., Jan. 09 (1-7 a.m.)
Fri., Jan. 5 to Thu., Jan. 25	Thu., Jan. 25	Tue., Jan. 30 (1-7 a.m.)
After Jan. 25	Three weeks from registration	No drops are scheduled*
**If you wish to drop your classes, you must formally withdraw within the refund period to not be charged for the classes. Dropping classes after January 25 is the student’s responsibility.
