New Payment Rules and Options
New tuition payment deadlines and more frequent drops for non-payment will go into effect with the Spring 2014 Semester. Also, a new 6-payment installment plan also will be launched.
New installment plan option--register by Nov. 18 and spread your payments out over 6 installments and pay by the 20th of each month. (Existing 2-5 payment options remain with choice of payment on the 5th of the month or 20th of the month.)
First due date-Jan. 9, 2014. Register in November, December or on or before Jan. 9 and you will have until Jan. 9 to pay in full or set up an installment payment plan. Make sure you get the classes you want.
After Jan. 9-daily drops. Your tuition and fee payment will be due one business day after you register. If you do not pay or set up an installment plan, you will be dropped on the second business day after you registered.
New requirement for financial aid students-deferred installment plan required. You must set up a deferred installment payment plan, which will only go into effect if you do not qualify for financial aid or your financial aid does not cover your full tuition and fees. You may apply for the deferred installment plan once the Financial Aid Office has received your FAFSA, usually a few days after you have submitted it online.
