If you’re a student attending another college during the rest of the year, summer can be a great time to get ahead with your studies while enjoying the fun of being home with friends and family.
The College of Lake County will offer more than 600 class sections, including many popular transfer courses, from accounting to calculus to sociology during Summer Session, which begins June 9.
And with courses offered days, evenings and weekends, at our campuses in Grayslake, Waukegan and Vernon Hills, there’s a convenient option to meet the busiest schedule, allowing you to even fit a summer job into your plans.
Attending CLC’s Summer Session helps students get ahead in many ways.
Is there a tough class you’ve put off taking?
CLC classes aren’t easy, but why take that challenging class in an impersonal lecture hall of 500 students when you can take the same course at CLC in a class with 21 students?
Is there a course at your school that fills up fast or never seems to be offered at the time that you’d like?
Check out CLC’s variety of courses and times.
Want to make sure you finish your degree in four years (or sooner)?
Attend Summer Session and earn six credits. Also attend our popular Intersession (May 20-June 6) and you can earn three more credits.
Want to put money away toward graduate school?
CLC’s very affordable tuition lets you make progress on your bachelor’s degree while enjoying savings. If you attend CLC two summers, you can complete a full semester’s work!
