Systems Portfolio Team
Objective: To build the Systems Portfolio, a reflection of the College, the Action Projects, and an overview of CLC’s processes, outcomes, results, and improvements.- English-Language Learners/ESL Team
Objective: To increase the number of English Language Learners (ELL) who are entering college-level courses by improving the transition process. - Developmental Reading and Writing Team
Objective: To increase the success of students who place into developmental reading and writing by identifying learning and support needs, then measuring the effectiveness of the systems in place. - Assessment of General Education Team
Objective: To implement assessment of student learning in general education. - Communications Team
Objective: To improve the Communication Processes and Systems within the College.

Continuous Improvement
Action Projects are designed to be a continuous series of projects; as each one is completed, a new one emerges. The Systems Portfolio report and support documents provide a comprehensive review of the College of Lake County's policies, practices and performance. It investigates how the institution serves key stakeholders, how the AQIP projects fit into current processes and will be a reference point for future Continuous Improvement at the college.
