Let Your Soul Soar

If you love to sing, act, dance, play an instrument, write or draw or paint, CLC offers opportunities for you to explore and develop your talent.

CLC has several ensemble performing groups. Some have open membership while others require an audition. Participating requires you to register for a class, either for non-credit or credit.

The Theatre department mounts several productions each year, and auditions are open to students and the community. Audition notices are posted on bulletin boards in the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts.

In the Fall Semester, the CLC Prairie Spirits Dance Troupe performs a professionally-staged concert featuring choreography of guest artists and faculty. In the Spring Semester, the troupe presents Fear No Art, a festival showcasing the best in student dance, plus performances by student musicians, poets and visual artists.
