ALE 66 Advanced Learning Skills for Transit

This course introduces English Language Learners at the advanced level of English language proficiency to skills that will facilitate their transition to college classes and/or careers. They will develop strategies for academic success including: study skills; listening skills; note taking skills. They will learn to use a Learning Management System and other technology for education and training. In order to be better learners and/or teachers, and to have simulated career training or academic experience, students may complete a basic adult education tutor training.
