CFIT 29 Spinning (CL)

Burn calories as you exercise on a specially designed stationary bike, the Johnny G Spinner. This comprehensive indoor cycling training system is for people of all fitness levels. The spinning rides combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training. Participants burn an average of 500 calories in 40 minutes of non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise. If college credit is desired, enroll in the corresponding PED 121 course.
