Important Dates for Spring Semester 2010
Tues, Jan 5 Spring book charging begins at the bookstore.
Mon, Jan 11

1st Drop for Non-Payment (at 10 pm). Financial Aid applicants who have not demonstrated need and have not made arrangements to pay will be dropped. Students who are dropped may reenroll up until the first day of class
Tues, Jan 19 Spring Term Begins.
Tues, Feb 2

2nd Drop for Non-Payment (at 10 pm). Financial Aid applicants who have not demonstrated need and have not made arrangements to pay by this date will be dropped.

Fri, Feb 12

Last day to charge books at the bookstore.

Wed, Feb 3 - Tues, Feb 16

Reinstatement Appeal Period: Students may request reinstatement following drop for non-payment. Reenrollment must be accompanied by payment. Reinstatement forms are available at the Cashier's Window.

Fri, Feb 19

Spring Census Date. Final award amount for fall term is based on enrollment at this point in time. See Census Date for more information.

Fri, Feb 19-Wed, Feb 24

Census Date Processing period. During this time, financial aid students will not be able to add/drop classes without seeing a financial aid advisor.

Fri, Feb 19 Last day to submit SAP appeals.
Wed, Feb 24 Spring awards begin disbursing to student finance accounts.
Mon, Mar 1

Spring refund checks are mailed to address of record.
Wed, Mar 10 Stafford Loans begin disbursing to student finance accounts.
Mon, Mar 15 Last day to change degree program for the current term.
