Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines

1 st Drop for Non-Payment (at 3 am). Financial Aid applicants who have not demonstrated need and have not made arrangements to pay will be dropped. Students who are dropped may reenroll up until the first day of class

2 nd Drop for Non-Payment (at 3 am). Financial Aid applicants who have not demonstrated need and have not made arrangements to pay by this date will be dropped.

Last day to submit SAP appeals and last day to charge books at the bookstore.

Reinstatement Appeal Period: Students may request reinstatement following drop for non-payment. Reenrollment must be accompanied by payment. Reinstatement forms are available at the Cashier's Window.

Spring Census Date. Final award amount for spring term is based on enrollment at this point in time. See Census Date for more information.

Census Date Processing period. During this time, financial aid students will not be able to add/drop classes without seeing a financial aid advisor.

Spring awards begin to disburse to student finance accounts.

Loan Funds for the Spring term will begin disbursing.

Spring refund checks begin mailing to address of record.

Last day to change degree program for the current term.
