Financial Aid Procedures and Guidelines for 2007-2008
Loan Procedure
In order to apply for a Federal Stafford Loan at CLC, you must:
- Submit a Stafford Loan Application.
- Select a lender and enter the name of the lender and the lender's School Code on the Loan Request form.
- Have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file at CLC.
- Be admitted to an eligible program of study and enrolled at least half time (six credit hours) at the time the loan is disbursed to your student account.
- Complete Entrance Loan Counseling.
- Complete the verification process if you are selected for verification on your FAFSA.
- Meet CLC's standards of satisfactory academic progress.
Please note that the college certifies the loan amounts listed below.
