Navigation for Cisco Networking:


This program is intended to prepare individuals for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam. The program consists of four courses, each taught in an eight-week format which will allow a student to finish the program in two semesters and begin the sequence at anytime. Material is presented by CBE (Computer Based Education), written by Cisco and supplemented by laboratory practical experience.


Cisco Networking Academy

The Cisco Networking Academy is a cooperative effort between Cisco corporation and The College of Lake County. Cisco has developed a four semester on-line networking curriculum which will be delivered by CLC and some local high schools.

The Cisco Academy classes will consist of on-line instruction, assessment, class lecture and laboratory work. The courses will address both hardware and software issues including router programming.
