The admissions and records office is available to assist students with application for admission, registration for classes, evaluation of transfer credit from other institutions, enrollment verification, transcript requests, petition for graduation, and many other student records needs. For help in these areas, call (847) 543-2061 or stop by Room B101. Printable Student Records Forms to request transcript evaluation, change of CLC program, change of personal data, and a CLC transcript are available through links on this page.
Students can add/drop classes, pay tuition, and view schedules, grades and transcripts on the web by clicking on Registration and selecting the Self Service option. You will need your CLC ID and PIN numbers to access your student record. Students may also register in person in B101 at the Grayslake Campus, or in the Student Services Office at the Waukegan Campus, or the Southlake Educational Center inVernon Hills.
