The admissions and records office is available to assist students with application for admission, registration for classes, evaluation of transfer credit from other institutions, enrollment verification, transcript requests, petition for graduation, and many other student records needs. Printable Student Records Forms to request transcript evaluation, change of CLC program, change of personal data, and a CLC transcript are available through links on this page.
Students can add/drop classes, pay tuition, and view schedules, grades and transcripts on the web by clicking on Registration and selecting the Self Service option. You will need your CLC ID and PIN numbers to access your student record. The touch-tone phone registration system provides another easy way to register, pay tuition and access information about your classes. Call 847-223-1111 to use the phone system. Both web and phone access is available around the clock.
