About the Wellness Registry

What is the Wellness Registry?

The Wellness Registry provides education, awareness, and accountability through a continuous improvement process, ultimately awarding the Consumer Wellness Advocate (CWA) designation.

The Wellness Registry was founded in 2010 by Francis Ardito, NWI-CWP, ACSM-RCEP, Ph.D. Dr. Ardito combined his extensive education with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness to create a resource that could be used by all to improve one’s wellness. The CWA Program accomplishes this goal with The Wellness Registry’s “Prevention through Wellness!” Model.

What is The Wellness Registry’s mission?

The Wellness Registry (TWR) strives to empower consumers by helping them gain the knowledge, skills, abilities and credentialing required to promote community-level outreach focused on health and wellness. The Registry emphasizes promoting lifelong wellness and minimizing the occurrence of illness, injury, disability and disease. Our Consumer Wellness Advocate training programs are an important component of our approach.
