The Finance Department provides complete financial support of the College of Lake County including Budget, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Student Accounting Services.
The Finance Department manages the bookkeeping for the college and is responsible for recording and reconciling all of the transactions related to the budgets of the college.
The Finance Department also manages the Cashier's Office of the college. The Cashier's Office accepts payments and provides assistance to students with billing questions and provides information on students accounts. Student bills and refunds originate here. Payroll and departmental check pick-up is available from this office. Payment of parking fines and Health Services charges are also processed. Staff is knowledgeable on enrollment and payment requirements and can direct students to other departments when necessary.
