Hours:
12 hours/week; M/W/Thu morning and early afternoon -- not to exceed 20 hours per week.
Description:
Selected Student Workers may begin working as early as the first day of the semester and must stop working on the last day of the semester (Fall and Spring).
The Student Worker will provide telephone support to the Customer Service Center within the Workforce & Professional Development Institute. The student will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from the ACD phone agent system, assisting clients and students with program inquiries, and redirecting calls as necessary. In addition, the student will be responsible for assisting the secretaries with semester marketing mailings, light filing, and photocopying as necessary.

Qualifications:
*Must be CLC student enrolled in classes.
*Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
*Prior CLC work history preferred.
