The Help Desk is a service of CLC's Information Services Department.
Our Mission:
The mission of the College of Lake County Information Technology Services Help Desk is to provide the CLC community with
a single point of contact within CLC through the synthesis of technical and
human resources in order to encourage and facilitate a dynamic educational
environment and to effectively use all services provided in an efficient,
seamless, and effective manner.
CLC faculty and administrative staff has an immediate resource for assistance for help with any technology issue in their offices, at any campus, be it with phones, computers or fax. The Help Desk can be contacted, on or off campus, by email or phone.
