Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services plans, develops and maintains the college’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and provides leadership in IT initiatives to support the goals and services of the college. The department consists of three groups: Application Services, Network Services and User Services / Service Desk.

ITS offers a 24 x 7 Student Service Desk to assist students with their technology needs. The Student Service Desk provides support for Blackboard, myCLC (student portal), student email, myLogin account and any other technology needs related to students' courses.
ITS also provides open computer labs at all 3 campuses.
Wireless access, known as Lancernet, is also available to students, faculty and staff at all 3 campuses. ITS cannot guarantee complete coverage as some areas may have stronger signals than others.
*Note: When using wireless access points, virus and security protection are the responsibility of the patron and ITS staff is not able to assist patrons with their laptop, network card or configuration. Your computer will automatically detect the SSID Lancernet as it would any other open wireless network.
