Six-week summer program from May 20 to July 1, 2008
A rare opportunity to become immersed in the language and culture of China is being offered in a six-week summer program from May 20 to July 1, 2008.
Program participants will become proficient in Chinese by taking Chinese language and culture classes on the campus of a Chinese university in Xi’an. CLC students can earn over 8 hours of credit.
The program offers small class sizes and allows participants to greatly improve Chinese speaking skills through one-on-one practice and interaction with a Chinese college student.
The Chinese immersion program also includes visits to three major Chinese cities, Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai, and their cultural and historical attractions.
