The Division of Adult Basic Education, GED & ESL provides educational opportunities to adults who have not acquired a high school diploma. These are:
- Adult Basic Education (ABE) provides instruction in basic reading, general language development, mathematics, and life-coping skills to adults who have not completed high school.
- English as a Second Language (ESL) classes provide instruction in English speaking, reading, and writing to adults whose primary language is not English.
- General Educational Development (GED) classes prepare adults who have not completed high school to take the GED exam. This class is offered in English and Spanish.
- High School Completion classes are for adults who want to complete their high school graduation requirements to earn a high school diploma. Students must have a minimum of 16 credit hours and be separated from a secondary educational system.
- Job Readiness training provides adult instruction in job search processes.
