Costa Rica is an ideal place to study tropical biology. Students visit multiple ecosystems including savanna, tropical dry forest, tropical rain forest, cloud forest, seashore and active volcanoes. Students participate in moderate hikes, bird watching, the observation and examination of insects, flora, and fauna and the study of ecosystem structures.
