Business Partnerships

The college works closely with employers to align academic programs with workplace needs. Employer representatives serve on our academic program advisory committees, sharing the kind of first-hand business knowledge needed to keep programs current. Employers also provide internships for students and support the CLC Foundation in its fundraising for scholarships. Many business leaders, in fact, serve on our Foundation board.

Beyond our traditional academic programs, we also offer training specifically for employers. Through our Workforce and Professional Development Institute, we provide business-focused, results-oriented courses, workshops and seminars as well as consulting services for entrepreneurs and businesses who wish to enter international trade markets.
