About FOIA
The College of Lake County complies with the terms and provisions of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 ILCS 140/1.
Under the provision of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, the college has five business days to respond after a request is received. FOIA requests must be submitted in writing but will be accepted by mail, personal delivery, fax and e-mail. View the FOIA request form. ![]()
