The medical assisting program, preparing students for in-demand careers, is based at Lakeshore. CLC is offering a certificate program and an A.A.S. degree in medical assisting.
Phlebotomy techs draw blood for medical testing and blood donations. Train for this medical career in just 11-16 weeks. The phlebotomy program is available only at Lakeshore.
The Village Learning Community Project helps GED graduates and student parents transition to college-level courses. It aims to create a connection by combining the hard work of students with the caring support from educators, students' families and the community.
