Employer Partnership Program
Work with us to develop your future workforce

The best way we can address your workforce needs is by getting your organization actively involved with our faculty and students! Join the more than 250 Lake County employers that are already making a positive difference in local workforce development.

Six ways your company or community/nonprofit organization can get involved with CLC as a partner:

  1. Participate in one of 38 career advisory committees and provide valuable input on the skills and competencies your future employees need.
  2. Engage with our faculty about current industry practices and what students should be learning to succeed. More than 120 CLC faculty and staff are involved in the partnership program from a wide variety of disciplines and career fields.
  3. Network with others at industry-specific events.
  4. Provide facility tours to CLC faculty and students.
  5. Offer CLC student internships and scholarships.
  6. Hire our trained graduates.
