Electronic Tuition Billing Statements

Eco-Friendly, Cost-Effective

To reduce mailing costs and support sustainability, we are switching from mailed to electronic billing statements, effective July 10.

Accessing your electronic billing statement is easy. Here’s how:

  1. When your tuition billing statement is generated, you will receive an email notification to check your account in myStudentCenter. (Click the green “myCLC” button on any CLC website page. Then select “Student Center.” This link will take you to myStudentCenter.)
  2. In myStudentCenter, under the Finance section, select View Statements. You will be able to see your current statement and any bill generated after July 10, 2015.

Want to Continue Getting Paper Statements?

Though electronic tuition statements are eco- and cost-friendly, you can sign up to continue to receive paper statements through mystudentCenter. Click the “Emergency Notifications and Billing Agreements” link on the myStudentCenter home page to request paper tuition statements.
