CPR Classes

Professional Development offers three different CPR classes for a variety of audiences.

Heartsaver CPR with Adult, Child & Infant Training (CWEL 30)

This course is designed for the general public and is not intended for healthcare professionals or healthcare students.
Cost: $65

CPR Basic: BLS for Healthcare Providers (PALH 8)

The course is intended for certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals who have never had an AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card or for healthcare providers with an expired card.
Cost: $75

CPR Refresher: BLS for Healthcare Providers (PALH 7)

The course is intended for certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals who already have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card and need to renew their certification.
Cost: $65

Sustaining Wellbeing: A Health Equity Lunch and Learn

Presented by Arlene Ryndak, MPH, RN

Arlene is a public health and public health nursing advocate who is a registered nurse with a Masters in Public Health. She believes that the social conditions in which we live have a profound effect on our health, both as individuals and as a community. Arlene was most recently on staff with the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center where she advocated for a strong public health system and chronic disease prevention through Live Well Lake County.
