Admission to the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program

  1. Complete CLC’s application and placement process and meet prerequisites.
  2. Review the CNA Fact Sheet (PDF) for additional details.

Admission to the Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Program

  1. Complete CLC’s application and placement process and meet prerequisites.
  2. Attend a mandatory information session (effective with the September 28, 2016 screening deadline, information session attendance is required).
  3. Follow the steps in the Prospective Nursing Student Information Packet (PDF).
  4. Review the information on the ADN program page.

NLN Pre-Admission Exam (PAX)

All students who wish to be screened for NUR 133 (Registered Nursing) are required to take the PAX Exam. The official results must be on file in the CLC office of Registrar and Records.

The registration deadlines for the PAX test are noted on the test schedule.
