A Holistic Approach to Your Health

Operating under the direction of a registered nurse, the Health Center offers physical assessments of health problems and primary care for illnesses and injuries on campus, making appropriate referrals as necessary. It promotes health and wellness through educational programs addressing the needs of the whole person—physical, cognitive and emotional.

Services and Programs Offered

  • Nursing assessment and treatment of minor illness and injuries
  • Low cost laboratory testing
  • Flu shots and other immunizations
  • Emergency response to on-campus injuries and illness
  • Medical parking permits

Services for Students in Health Care Career Programs

  • Required immunizations, TB skin testing and labs for ALL health career and transfer students are available by appointment.
  • All Health Career students must complete the Student Health Record (PDF). This can be emailed, faxed or dropped off at the Health Center.

  • Student Physical Examination form (PDF) is required for some Nursing programs.
  • Nursing 110 students must meet 2-step TB skin testing, Measles/Mumps/Rubella, Tdap and Varicella requirements prior to registering. (TB 2-step is a 9-day process.) Call for details!
  • Due to CLC summer hours schedule, TB Tests will only be administered on Monday and Tuesday during the summer.
