October and February are the best months to seek advisement and make a plan for the upcoming semester.

If you require assistance with any of the following, please call to make an appointment:

  • Career counseling or career assessment
  • Military benefits
  • Schedule an appointment for Lakeshore or Southlake locations

Those not listed above can schedule an appointment online.


Advisors and Student Development Counselors are available during designated times for drop-in questions. Drop-ins are typically brief discussions lasting no more than 20 minutes.

If you are experiencing a crisis

If you need help with a matter involving urgent health care, personal safety or the safety of others, please do not use this website. Contact Crisis Care, a 24-hour crisis hotline at (847) 548-6000.
