If you are a current student at CLC

  1. Contact a Counselor at (847) 543-2060 or stop by Room A124 at the Grayslake Campus to start planning out your Guaranteed Transfer Admissions Pathway.
  2. Complete and submit the Southern Illinois University Participation Form (PDF) at least one year in advance of their first semester at SIU.
  3. Review the Southern Illinois University Guaranteed Admission Agreement (PDF) which outlines the requirements that must be met in order to guarantee admission to SIU.
