A deli-style restaurant, located in the lower level of the main building, near the bookstore on the Grayslake campus. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, pizza slices, soups, salads, desserts, drinks, plus a daily special, all made fresh daily.

Prairie - A CLC Student-Managed Restaurant

Hospitality and Culinary Management students showcase their skills in CLC’s student-managed restaurant by preparing and serving lunch for the CLC community. The restaurant provides a full sit-down dining experience and offers dishes that are typically served in upscale dining establishments.
