The Finance Department is dedicated to providing the College of Lake County community with timely, accurate, and efficient finance services with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service. Services include, but are not limited to; collecting and accounting for revenues of the college, payments to students, staff, and vendors, budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, and assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the college’s application systems and processes.
We provide complete financial support for the college, including budget, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and student accounting services. Our staff manages the college’s bookkeeping and is responsible for recording and reconciling all of the transactions related to the college’s budgets.
Our department also manages the Student Accounting, which accepts departmental and miscellaneous payments. If you have a concern about your tuition statement, our knowledgeable staff can answer your questions about tuition due dates, payment plans and more.
