The Purchasing and Contracts department is responsible for the procurement of all goods and services for the college pursuant to the State of Illinois statutes, College of Lake County Board Policy and CLC Procedures Manuals. Additionally, the Purchasing and Contracts department negotiates and administers all contracts for the college.

Business Enterprise Program (WBE, MBE, PBE, VBE)
To support the College's aspirational goals to award contracts to businesses owned by minorities, females and persons with disabilites, the College encourages all businesses that have gross sales of less than $75 million and are at least 51% owned/controlled by a minority, woman or person with disabilities (30 ILCS 575) to register to be a Business Enterprise Program (BEP) certified business with the State of Illinois.
