  • Emergency call boxes are located in the parking lots 1 through 5, 7, 8, University Center and the baseball field. Operational instructions are located on the exterior of the box.

In performing this mission, members of the department are mindful that the U. S. Constitution guarantees liberty, equality, and justice. We believe these principles embodied in the Constitution are the foundation of policing. The Department is committed to a partnership with the College of Lake County community, serving it professionally and lawfully. All members of the department strive to enhance this partnership with the community and to solve problems as part of his or her daily tasks. We recognize that maintenance of the highest standards of ethics and integrity are imperative for the continued improvement of campus policing. The College of Lake County Police Department subscribes to the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics, and is committed to fostering values that serve a diverse population and its needs.

United in the spirit of teamwork, the CLC Police Department is committed to providing the highest quality of police services to the people who learn, work, visit and teach at the College of Lake County’s three campuses. We will constantly evaluate and improve our efforts to enhance public safety with the goal of improving the quality of life with the college setting.
