The Grayslake Campus is CLC’s largest location and the home of the greatest number of academic programs. The campus consists of 226.1 acres and is noted for its natural beauty. About one-third of the campus is currently devoted to buildings and parking areas and another 20 percent is allocated for future building, including new construction in the Sustainable Campus Master Plan. About one-third of the acreage is permanently preserved as natural areas.

Set in the urban environment of downtown Waukegan, the Lakeshore Campus consists of a complex of three buildings on Genesee Street. The campus offers all the courses required to earn an Associate in Arts degree, and three health-care programs are based on the campus: dental hygiene, medical assisting and phlebotomy.

Located on Milwaukee Avenue, the Southlake Campus offers close-to-home convenience to residents of south Lake County. The campus offers day and evening courses that meet general education requirements for a transfer degree. Additionally, the college’s Health and Wellness and Massage Therapy programs are based at the campus.

CLC's world-class Advanced Technology Center (ATC) was created to strengthen Lake County’s manufacturing workforce. The ATC, located in Gurnee, Illinois, opened for classes in the fall 2022 semester and provides industry-relevant career pathways.
