Interested in performing or experiencing live poetry, short stories, music, comedy and any other genre form? Community members are invited to the College of Lake County’s annual Open Mic Night Wednesday, March 20, from 6-8 p.m. in Room A011 on the Grayslake Campus.
The event is sponsored by CLC’s Literary Arts Society, a student club. Admission to the event is free, and participants have the option of making a free-will offering of $5 to help support the Literary Arts Society's Honorary Sterling Award, given to persons who have had or are currently overcoming a struggle using writing.
