by Public Relations and Marketing | Published Mar 28, 2019

Looking for the ultimate learning experience for your children this summer? Send them to college! Explore Camps, as well as Engage STEM Career Exploration Experiences at the College of Lake County, provide academic enrichment cleverly disguised as fun.

Programs are offered for children in grades 1-12 from June 10 through July 25, Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1-4 p.m. Convenient half-day camps can be combined for a full-day option. Although most camps are held at CLC’s Grayslake Campus, some sessions are offered at the Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills. Camps do not meet in the week of July 4.

The 11 Explore camps, designed for grades 1-8, cover STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) topics ranging from digital photography to field biology toPhoto of two girls looking through a maginfying glass at a CLC Summer Explore camp writing short stories.
