Are you a recent high-school graduate? Interested in earning an associate degree—in a high-demand career—at little or no cost? Thanks to the College of Lake County’s Promise Program as well as scholarships, you can study a practical career and graduate with little or no debt in two years.

In the Promise Program, eligible students receive the following:

  • Extra money—Students receive an additional $300 per semester to help with expenses.
  • Individual support—Stay on track with help from your own academic coach.
  • Academic plan—Create a career or transfer plan with an advisor/student development counselor so you graduate in two years.
  • Professional development—Participate in career and leadership activities to build your skills.
