The college recently refinished the new $1.4 million gym floor in the Physical Education Center on the Grayslake Campus. The improvements greatly enhance the quality of play for all indoor athletics programs, since it was last refinished in 1995.
Trustees, student athletes and Lance, the college mascot celebrated the dedication on Jan. 29.
“The floor’s improved buoyancy significantly improves our players’ health by reducing impact on their joints,” said Brad Unger, CLC athletic director.
