Has your busy schedule stood in the way of pursuing your passion to become a paralegal? There’s good news! This fall, you can begin taking CLC legal studies courses through the college’s Super-charged Saturdays program at the Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills.
CLC’s forward-thinking legal studies department have great experience leveraging technology in their classes. Through a combination of blended classes that meet on Saturdays and online courses, you can begin in August 2020 and complete the Legal Studies certificate by December 2021.
“Digital communication skills are important for success in the legal profession, and our instructors provide the instruction needed from day one,” said Gayle Miller, chair of the legal studies program. “We have consistently prepared our students for job search, interviewing, national competency exams and networking via digital platforms. Our placement rate for graduates in this 2019-20 academic year is 96 percent.”
Super-charged Saturdays are eight-week blended courses created specifically for busy adults. Combining on-campus meetings with online coursework allows for convenience in planning studies around your work and family commitments, not the other way around. All classes are held at the Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills and guaranteed to run.
