From Green to Red by Beatie Wolf (2021)

Earth Month: April 2023

Earth Month: April 2023

CLC is bringing a variety of events over the entire month of April, starting with an interactive art exhibit in the Robert T. Wright Gallery of Art, from March 31 through April 10. From Green to Red re-presents “data in a way that people can literally see differently, using the power of art and music to make it evocative and relatable,” Beatie Wolfe says of her work, “so that people can really get a sense of where we are right now.”

We are bringing the Green Living Fair to the University Center in Grayslake this year. On Saturday, April 15 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., look for over 50 information resource tables, 10 local vendors, 3 food trucks, and opportunities to recycle bicycles, glasses and shoes!

While you are here, check out CLC’s Open House and the Maker Faire, each also taking place at the same time.

See the calendar below for more events ranging from community service, educational opportunities, and physical fitness and wellness.

Join us for an engaging week of Earth Month events!
