Transfer Degrees

We believe college should be challenging, supportive and affordable. That’s why CLC offers a quality education in a more personal environment for less money. Spend your first two years at College of Lake County and spend less earning credits that transfer to your dream four-year university. (Depending on whether you choose a public or private transfer school, you could save as much as $50,000 on your degree.) As you meet with your academic success advisor early and often, you’ll cover details of transfer planning and learn how to stay on track by using transfer guides and other transfer resources. At CLC, you can make sure you start your bachelor’s degree with no regrets.

Transfer programs lead to an Associate in Arts (A.A.), an Associate in Science (A.S.), an Associate in Engineering Science (A.E.S.), an Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.) or an Associate in General Studies (A.G.S.) degree.

Refer to Associate Degree Transfer Programs in the College Catalog for more information and the general education requirements for the A.A. and A.S. degrees.
