COVID-19 Reporting

If you:

  • have been recently diagnosed with COVID-19, or
  • have been exposed to a person known to have COVID-19 symptoms, or
  • have symptoms that could be related to COVID-19,

You must email the COVID-19 Concerns Team prior to coming to campus.

All students will need to comply with the Governor's State Mandate. Noncredit students will receive information on how to comply; the information will be sent to your preferred email address from one week prior to your class start date.

COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive

  • Keep campus safe by getting the COVID-19 vaccine. CLC will pay spring 2022 enrolled students $100 when they submit proof of vaccination online.
  • CLC partnered with the White House to join the COVID-19 College Vaccine Challenge, a nationwide effort to get as many Americans as possible vaccinated and end the pandemic.
  • Anyone ages 5 and older can get a free COVID-19 vaccine in Lake County. Many local pharmacies now offer walk-in services with no appointments necessary. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are currently used by Lake County vaccine providers. They are all safe and effective at preventing serious illness from COVID-19. Find COVID-19 vaccines near you.
  • Get vaccinated at CLC's Walk-In Vaccination Clinics. No insurance card needed.

Please note that in order to be eligible for your incentive you must currently be 18 years of age or older and enrolled in a course (noncredit class/workshop/course) for the spring 2022 semester at College of Lake County and have already received your final COVID vaccination dose. Students are eligible to receive the $100 incentive only once. If you are enrolled in a spring 2022 noncredit class/workshop/course and haven't submitted your vaccination card before, you will receive an email from with a unique personal link one week prior to your class start date. You may submit your proof of vaccination at any time, until further notice. Incentive processing will begin in mid-January.
