Dance: Performing Opportunities

Create moments with movement on stage

Move to the beat with mastery and elicit an emotion from your audience. Put on your dancing shoes and audition to be part of a dance group at CLC. Shine on stage as a seasoned dance instructor getting back to your roots, an aspiring choreographer or a student majoring in dance.

When you dance in front of people, you build self-confidence and poise. Make new friends while you increase your endurance and build muscle tone. Show off the new routines you learn at an upcoming dance event.

Auditions take place in late August and are open to all skill levels.

Spring

A festival like no other, the annual Fear No Art festival is a lively celebration featuring a variety of emerging choreographers, dancers, musicians, singers, actors and poets. This festival plays a vital role in supporting the artistic development and work of both our college students and our community artists at large. Auditions take place in late January and are open to all skill levels.

Summer

Summer Musical

Interested in singing, acting and dancing. Each summer the CLC Theatre Department presents a musical production presented in July. The auditions occur in late May and are open to all CLC students and community members.
