Illinois COVID-19 Mandate: Required Face Masks + Vaccinations or Testing to be on campus

All higher education personnel and students on campus are required to wear a face mask and receive the COVID-19 vaccine or get tested for COVID-19 at least once per week. Those who comply are permitted on campus. For those not in compliance, virtual learning and support options are available. Read more about what this mandate means at CLC.

Assistant Director of Facilities

A leadership opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director in facilities to supervise, lead, mentor and coach seven supervisory staff and two support staff members. The ideal applicant will be a manager with extensive experience effectively leading a team of diverse backgrounds and talent, developing and training staff, interpreting, implementing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements, who is highly organized, provides project management oversight, able to successfully communicate with all stakeholders and drive change.

Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a strategic leader responsible for supporting improved student outcomes through the Equity in Access and Success Plan within the College’s Strategic Plan. The Director advises and partners with leadership to establish organizational strategies to broadly align people, policies, and systems with the College’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) statements. This position champions key initiatives in alignment with the strategic plan to support a diverse student body and community including returning adult working parents, veterans, students with disabilities, and representation across racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation.
